She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee and Myrtle Howard Pratt; her siblings, Cleve, William, Dorsey, Paul Pratt, Alta Wilson and Clora Baugess; and her son-in-law Paul Hornback.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Hornback of Piketon, Robert Chitwood (Brenda) of Piketon and Larry Chitwood of Waverly; her grandchildren, Aimee Smith (Matt), Andrea Leeth (Josh), Emily Chitwood (Drew Gorman), Leanna Chitwood (Dakota Sparks), Cameron Chitwood (Erykah), Lafe Chitwood, Bella Chitwood and Dakota Chitwood; her great grandchildren, Zoiee, Creed, Xander, Micah, Ryker and Chance; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma and Ann Pratt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
