It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Yelley of Waverly, Ohio, born in Williamson, West Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton V. Fouch Sr. and Barbara Ellen Griffey Fouch. She is survived by: her husband Cecil W. Yelley Jr.; her son Christopher Yelley (Tiffany); her brother Clinton V. Fouch Jr. (Anita); her stepsister Lisa Fouch; and her granddaughters, Julia and Ava Yelley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
