She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Carl Vance, Sr.; her brother Shelby Vance, Sr.; her husband Raymond K. Frazier; her children, Jason Vance, Christopher Vance and Shawnell Lee Vance; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Ricky, Brandon, Tylor, Kendra, Christopher Jr., Cole, Jason Jr. and Auston; her great grandchildren, Addilyn, Mare, Kaylee, Kaleeah and Kyle Jr.; her mother Catherine C. Linley; her brothers, Elmer E. Vance (Suella) and Carl W. Vance (Jackie); her mother-in-law Anestine Frazier; and her aunt Nancy Leppert. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and other friends and relatives.
