He is survived by: his wife Joy Ann Fooce (Radcliffe); his sons, Dean Arnold Fooce of Pike County and Terry Lee Fooce of Latham; his siblings, Chuck Fooce of London and Kathy Williams of Piketon; and his half-sister Vi Sowards of Columbus. He is also survived by two grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and many other nieces, nephews, and family members.
