He is survived by: his wife Paula Sue McDaniel Chandler; his children, Larry Chandler (Lora Shepherd) of Jackson and Kelly Neal of Ashville; his granddaughter Shayla Marie Estep of Columbus; and his sister Debbie Newberry (Alan) of Waverly.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the Mound Cemetery.
