As Kenneth Edward departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kenneth Edward. Though Kenneth Edward may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley L. Waggoner and Esther Davis Waggoner; and his brothers, Harley Jr. Fred, Roy and Francis Waggoner.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Underwood; his daughters, Robin Waggoner and Kelly Pell of Florida; his sister Karen Rexroad of Cairo, WV; and his grandson Tanner Pell of Florida.
