She is survived by: her son David Wayne Nichols; her stepsons, Marcus Hurley and Levi Hurley; her grandchildren, Briana and Baylee; her close friend Paul Andrew Tursky; and her siblings, Danny Nunley, Laura Bethel, Diane Gillette (Fred), Becky Rose (John), Connie Butterbaugh (Ronnie), Penny Waddle and Cynthia Penrod. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
