She was predeceased by: her parents, John Detillion and Bessie Detillion; and her siblings, Delbert Detillion, Don Detillion, Gene Detillion (Tink), Damon Detillion, Grover Detillion, Juanita France, Avanel Rumfield and Velma Holsinger.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald M. Phipps; her son Brian Phipps (Erin); and her granddaughters, Olivia Stephens and Carter Stephens.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Givens Chapel Church (8026 Germany Rd, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
