She was predeceased by: her parent Albert Birkhimer; her husbands, William Jenkins and James Adkins; her daughter Debra Lynn Blakeman; and her brothers, Gordon Birkhimer and Benny Birkhimer.
She is survived by: her parent Opal Knisley Birkhimer; her daughter Janna Steinhauer (John) of Piketon; her brother Joe Birkhimer (Elaine) of Waverly; her granddaughters, Melissa Gay (Michael) of Porstmouth, Noele Young (Steven) of Waverly and Megan Steinhauer of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Jake Young, Macey Gay and Michael Gay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
