He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Antonio and Masyl Civitillo (Thompson); and his siblings, Harold Civitillo (Butch) and Anna Marie Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Mae Civitillo (Lynch); his children, Tony Civitillo (Rebecca) of Washington, WV, Trudy Mullens (George) of Little Hocking, OH and Troy Civitillo (Dorothy) of Golfport, MS; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hayes, Shane Civitillo, Amy Shindle, Kayla Stanley and Morgan Lorentzen; and his brother Clarence Civitillo (Pansy). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
