He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Speck" Holbrook and Lorine Holbrook (Knipp); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Holbrook. He is survived by: his son Cordell Johnny Holbrook (Katie); his grandsons, Dawson and Cordell Johnny Jr. "CJ"; his siblings, Roger Holbrook of Jackson, Rob Holbrook (Cathy) of Beaver, Joseph Holbrook (Mary) of Beaver, Lee Pennington (Jesse) of Beaver and Melissa Miller (David) of Beaver, Ohio.; his nephew Mitchell Holbrook; and his aunt Phyllis Ross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
