He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Ray Tackett of Waverly and Vicki; his daughter Erin Walburn (Brittany) of Lucasville, Ohio; his stepdaughter Kearstin Leslie (Taylor) of Piketon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Charlie Sue Leslie, Ryken Leslie, Ivie Leslie and Dax Walburn; his siblings, Eric Tackett (Missy) of Otway, Ohio and Holly Nance (Danny) of Piketon; his stepbrothers, Brett Castle of Point Pleasant and Ray Pence of Piketon; his aunt Ranae Wells; his cousins, Jason Joseph (Nicole) and Miranda Joseph (Tammy Mullens); his nephews, Deacon, Cole Tackett and Saxon Nance; and his great-nephew Nolan Nance.
