He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Mills; his brother Jeffery Smith (Toni); his nephews, Josh Davis and Matt Horn (Whitney); his niece Ruth Avellino; his great-niece Sophia; his uncle Robert Cromley (Victoria); his aunt Barbara Cromley; his cousin Bethany Wagner (Rob); and also, Emmalynn Marie Wagner, Andrew Cromley, Mike and Connie Hardesty.
