He is survived by: his parent Cozyetta Eileen Thomas (Bess); his spouse Betty Lou Thomas (Havens); his children, Michael Jay Thomas (Sheridan), Debbie Elliott (Earl), Kim Gullett (Jim), Jody Thomas, Robin Pack (Phillip) and Beckie Kent; his grandchildren, Jesse Pack (Justina), Jade Pack, Brock Elliott (Lori), Courtney Elliott, Ashley Elliott, Chloe Thomas, Abigale Thomas, Jimmy Gullett, Samantha Lentz and Benjamin Thomas; his great grandchildren, Madison Elliott, Brooke Elliott, Reese Elliott, Kinza Corkerton, Gavin Lentz, Maverick Lentz and Avea Lentz; and his siblings, Scottie Thomas and Joyce Michael.
