Jannie M. Bentley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2023, at the age of 85, Jannie M. Bentley of Waverly, Ohio, born in Van Lear, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Cantrell and Gertie Wright Cantrell; her husband James W. Bentley; her son Waymon Bentley; her son-in-law John Shoemaker; her great grandchild Russell Leach; and her siblings, Helen Hurley, Loretta Cruze, Frank and Jimmy Cantrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda K. Shoemaker of Chillicothe and Lesa A. Adamson of Waverly; her daughter-in-law Martha Bentley of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Ina Davis (Ethel Perry) of Chillicothe and Robert Cantrell (Rose) of Mansfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
