He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rigsby and Nettie Rigsby (Phipps); and his wife June Carol Rigsby (Burton). He is survived by: his children, James Dustin Rigsby (Vanessa) of Waverly and Shelley Rebecca Murray of Waverly; his grandchildren, James Devon Rigsby, Shane Dale Murray (Jennifer Buckler), James Dilon Murray, Tesla Rae Murray and Eli Rigsby; his great grandchildren, Tattum Murray, Blair Murray and Brodie Murray; and his siblings, Faye Murray of Springfield, Irene Conley (Richard) of Beaver, Louise Hoeckh, Kenneth Eugene, Robert Earl, John Harlin, Wayne Rigsby, Luna Jenkins and Letha Prater.
