James Franklin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin of Waverly, Ohio, born in Livingston, Tennessee, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woodrow and Ruth Ann Franklin (Ledbetter); and his sister Hope Pardue. He is survived by: his wife Erma Franklin (East); his children, James Ray Franklin of Waverly, Albert Franklin (Michelle) of Waverly, Luther Franklin of Waverly, Wilbur Franklin of Waverly, Rose Peters of Waverly and Betty Hall of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Gary Franklin, Loretta Savage and Jean Cantrell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
