He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Fout and Ann Fout (Seymour); his sister Kay Fout Hampton; and his brother-in-law Gary Scott. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly A. Hartranft; his children, Gayle Fallon (Joshua) and David Fout (Kelsee); his stepchildren, Craig Carper and Nicole Carper (Laura); his sister Peggy Scott; and his brother-in-law Walker "Bud" Hampton (Kay). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
