He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Ward (Byron) of Waverly, Rhonda O'Brien (Dale) of Waverly, Ola Burkitt of Piketon, Lisa Smith (Bill) of Piketon and Tammy Montgomery (Brad) of Waverly; and his siblings, Martha Gaines (Bob) of Circleville, Thelma Moore of Columbus, Ellen Blakeman (Forrest) of Waverly, Ruby Beekman (John) of Elm Grove, Glenda Williams (Roger) of Waverly, Phyllis Moore, Donald Maynard and Everett Maynard. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
