He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Abb Hartsock and Alta Prater Hartsock. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gilmore Hartsock; his children, Derek Hartsock of Minford and Joey Hartsock (Janell Pisegna) of Fort Collins, Colorado; his siblings, Gary Hartsock (Tonna) of Jasper, Tom, Judy Foster (Karl) of Lima, Janie Hardin (Frank) of Florida, Beaulah Louise Smith of Chillicothe, Kay Hartsock of Ashville, Wanda Brenner of Waverly and Glenda Ward (Larry) of Gallipolis; his stepchildren, Matthew Criner (Tamara) of Columbus and Kelly Myers (Robert) of Lucasville; and the mother of his children Jane Hartsock of Portsmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
