He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Serena Campbell (White); his son Michael Campbell; his stepson Richard Holbert; and his brother Howard Blaine Campbell.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Holbert (Mohr); his children, Gary Campbell of Lancaster, Theresa Anderson of Lancaster, Tommy Campbell of Centerville and Rita Burgilllio of Austin, Texas; his stepchildren, Robert Holbert (Trish) of Bainbridge, Thomas Holbert (Bridget) of Bainbridge, Lori McGraw (Tom) of Waverly and Vernon Holbert (Drema) of Waverly; his sister-in-law Kitty Campbell; and his niece Linda Groves of Groveport. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
