He is survived by: his children, Glenn Erwin Galloway (Claudia) of Gainesville, Vickie Himmelman (John) of Columbus, Laura Bennett (Tom) of Athens and Debbie Niese (Michael) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Sean Himmelman, Joe Himmelman (Jenna Johnson), David Himmelman (Sierra), Natalie Bennett, Jessica Galloway, Michelle Niese (Kevin Kamonseki) and Matthew Niese (Ashley); and his close friend Helen Murray.
