He is survived by: his wife Patty Francis Tackett; his children, Jason Tackett of Waverly and Tiffany Breitenbach (Cabel) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Abbigail of Waverly, Reid of Waverly, Caydince of Waverly, Lily Rae of Waverly and Sydney of Chillicothe; and his sisters, Betty Miles (Bill) of Piketon, Joanie Lightle (Jeff) of Piketon and Lori Bakenhaster (Brett) of Piketon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
