He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Sparks Perry; his wife Janice Perry; his son Jay Scott Perry; and his siblings, Archie "Buck" Perry and Alta Lou McKenzie.
He is survived by: his son John Perry; his son-in-law Doyle Jones of Columbus; and his sisters, Karan Borders of Kentucky, Andarena Noe of West Virginia and Mary Jo Damron of West Virginia.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bristol Village Glenn Center (660 E 5th St, Waverly, OH 45690).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Legion Post #142, 201 James Road, Waverly, Ohio 45690.
