She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur and Nora Belle Hickman (Blevins); her spouse Vonnie Gene Hancock; her son Kevin Hancock; and her siblings, Shirley Childers, Charles "Bill" William Hickman (Ann Anderson), Paul Hickman (Martha), Herbert Hickman, Bessie Howell, Edna Davis (Virgil), Kathaleen Armstrong and Ruth Chesser.
She is survived by: her daughter Lavonn Hancock of Waverly, Ohio; and her sisters, Evelyn McPerson (Richard) of Waverly and Reva Rider (John) of Piketon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
