He is survived by: his sisters, Pauline Martin of Craynor and Delores Timm of Teaberry; his children, Forrest Jr., Davy Martin, Karen Lynn and Susie; and his siblings, Denver, Carl Martin of Carleton, Leonard Martin of West Liberty, Helen Conn of Teaberry and Opal Ricker of Cridersville, Ohio.. He is also survived by nieces, cousins and friends.
