He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy R. Cox and Ida Dora Cox (Kuhn); his grandchildren, Daniel Shelpman and Amber Cox; and his sisters, Maggie Leeth, Connie Cox and Betty Blazer.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Shelpman (Danny), Everett Cox (Terisha), Timothy Cox and Stacey Cradlebaugh (Rick); his brothers, James E. Cox and Michael Miller; his daughter-in-law Shirley May; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
