He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Pack (Robin) of Charleston and Shari Klaassen (John) of Louisville, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Jesse Pack (Justina), Jade Pack, Seth Klaassen (Emily) and Andre Klaassen (Hannah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hazel, Ford, Gary and Nia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (303 E 3rd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
