He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Carol Ann Johnson (Salyers). He is survived by: his parents, Janet L. Jenkins Johnson and Earl E. Johnson, Sr. (Rose); his son Masen J. E. Johnson; his siblings, Victoria L. Johnson and Douglas M. Johnson; and his stepsiblings, Tommy Stevens (Roxanne), Dave Stevens (Kim), Jeff Stevens (Steph), Betty Hughes (Rick), Angie Stevens Smith and Leeann Stevens Perdue. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
The family is requesting donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
