He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Crabtree Jr. (Sunny) of Waverly and Christina Martin (Scott) of Waverly; his siblings, Scott Andrew Crabtree of Middletown, Pennsylvania and Allison Crabtree of Eglin; his stepsister Joplin Cox of Waverly; his uncles, Stephen Leeth (Jill) of Arden, Mark Crabtree (Heather) of Piketon, Chris Crabtree (Diane) of Waverly and Todd Crabtree (Micki) of Waverly; and his grandmothers, Sharon Lewis (Hank) of Waverly and Janet "Lou" Minor (Jim) of Waverly.
