She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Roll (Holcomb) and George B. Vance of Gallipolis, Ohio.; and her husband Frank S. Valentine. She is survived by: her sister D. Maxine Penn; her children, Barry (Linda), Chuck (Brenda) of Waverly, Ohio, Nancy Russell (Robert), Anita Woisznies (Jeff) of Stoutsville and Eva Iorillo (Russ) of Ponte Vedra, Florida.; and her half-sister Doris Boyd of Ironton, Ohio.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
