He is survived by: his son Gregory Earl Fout (Toni) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Matthew Earl Fout (Sherry) of Waverly and Molly Lang (Brian) of McConnell, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Wayde Fout; his nephew James E. Fields (Teresa) of Beaver, Ohio; his nieces, Karen K, Flaster (Arthur) of Los Angeles, California, Vanessa Burkitt of Piketon and Sandy Fout of Beaver; and his sister-in-law Berneta "Minnie" Fout of Waverly.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to the Justin R. Helton Scholarship Fund.
