He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Kelly (Helton); his children, Matt Kelly, Stacy Kelly and Bruce Helton; and his cousins, Connie Perry, Jo Ann Davis, Sandra Shirkey (Gary), Terry Shoemaker (Sandy), Thomas N. Shoemaker, Jr. and Donald.
