He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne Neeshan Blaney; his son Richard "Ricky" Paul Blaney of Waverly; his stepson Steve Brofford of Piketon, Ohio; and his daughter Misty Blaney. He is also survived by several grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
