He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Smith Landman; his son Joshua David Landman; his nephew Joe Landman; and his pets, Harley and Max-Pad.
He is survived by: his father William Landman of Waverly; his wife Arlene Landman; his daughter Christy Stapleton (Kenny) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Eli Parker, Mariah Landman and Leah Parker; his siblings, Phillip Landman of Waverly, Kristy Landman (Rick Snodgrass) of Chillicothe, Mary Ann Shaw (Mike) of Waverly, Billie Kirk (Craig) of Chillicothe and Karen Landman (Keith Johnson) of Waverly; the mother of his child Tami Riley; and his close friend Pete Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
