He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Earl; and his siblings, Robert Earl, Shawn, Earl Lee Burton and Pamela Sue Burton Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Laci Burton of Chillicothe, Brandon Burton (Pawnee Murray) of Chillicothe and Katie Burton of Florida; his grandchildren, Leila, James, Rosa and Marlianne; his siblings, Sharon Hackworth (Terry), Terri Burton, David Burton, Stacy Hensley (Clarence) and Scott Burton; his close friend Veronica Breitenbach; and his nephew Logan Bolen of Waverly.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
