He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hoult (Kyle); his children, Charles Ross Hoult, II of Weirton, WV and Cynthia Jane Workman (Matt) of Barboursville, WV; his granddaughter Jessica Layne Jones; and his great grandchild Aerilyn Fae Jones.
