With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Chandler of Waverly, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carol left this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Red Scott and Wanda Yeager; and her spouse Jerry Cleve Chandler. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Chandler (Johnny) of Waverly and Julie Cochenour (Mark) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Koty Chandler, Hunter Cochenour, Abby Cochenour and Addison Cochenour; her siblings, Michael Scott (Leah Steel), Daniel Betkey (Sandy) and Sandy Bickers (Michael); and her close friend Toby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vanguard Ministries (706 E Main St, Piketon, OH 45661).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made in Carol's name to SOMC Hospice, 2201 25th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.
