He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Allen Hicks; and his uncle Timothy Robert Westfall. He is survived by: his parents, Paul David Westfall and Rebecca Lynn Oyer; his sons, Carter and Collen Westfall of Chillicothe, Ohio; and his siblings, Ryan Westfall of Waverly, Kenneth Stevens of Waverly, Sadie Lynn Scarberry of Waverly and Roger. He is also survived by his grandparents, many aunts and uncles.
