She is survived by: her daughters, Carey Jenkins (Jason) of Piketon and Brenna Mumaw (Jim) of Chillicothe; her former husband James Holt (Deborah); her grandchildren, Jeff Grimsley (Sammy), Joseph Holt (Andy), Chase Jenkins, James, Jacob, Joshua and Breanna Mumaw; her great grandchildren, Heavenly Holt, Joey Holt and Asher Grimsley; and her siblings, Charles Donahue (Phoebe), James Donahue (Wilma), Ronnie Donahue (Kathy), Steve Donahue, Mary Cline (Don), Phyllis Berry (Richard), Pam Osborne (Dave) and Tammy Lapetina (John).
