He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvy N. Smith and Wilma N. Piggott Smith. He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Littleton Smith; his children, Candi Parrish (Shawn) of Elizabeth, Jeremiah Wilcoxen (Charity) of Mineral Wells, Elisha Capelety (Leonard) of Waverly and Jessica Hutson (Howard) of Vienna; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Steve Smith, Sondra Frederick, Sharon Miller, Miriam Barnett and Kathie Roark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
