She was predeceased by: her father Gary Ramsey; her grandfather Jimmie Lee Stotridge; and her aunt Sharon Stotridge. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Stotridge Ramsey of Lancaster, Ohio.; her son Carter Osborne of Waverly; her brother Christopher James Ramsey (Myiah) of Chillicothe; her grandmother Shirley Stotridge of Chillicothe; her close friend Don Johnson of Lancaster; and her former husband Ronald E. Osborne of Waverly. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles in Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
