She is survived by: her children, Tina Louderback (Daniel), Tonya Rucker (Wayne) and Lee Spurlock (Terra); her grandchildren, Jacob, Christen, Alex, Zack, Marshall, Briar and Jorja; her great grandchild Alayna; her siblings, David Howard (Sandy), Ronnie Howard (Ruby Rittenhouse), Darrell Howard (Vicki), Reva Rowland, Josephine Sue Thompson, Carol Ingham (Gerald) and Debra Faye Howard; her son-in-law Wayne Rucker; and her siblings, Lester, Robert, Chalmer, Freddie Howard, Anna Ruth Taynor, Clotine Cox, Loranell Howard and Alice.
