He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Sylvia Osterhout, Sr. (Shipman); his sisters, Shirley Hill and Mary Louise Osterhout; and his great grandchild Gavin Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Tanier; his children, Rodney Osterhout (Judi), Kim Hernandez (Ramon), Julie Gill (Steve) and Jeff Osterhout (Joy); his brother Ray Osterhout, Jr. (June); and his brother-in-law Adelbert Hill.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, those attending are asked to follow CDC guidelines by wearing a facial mask and observe six-foot distancing when possible and please make your visit brief to allow all who desire to attend visitation the ability to do so.
