He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Grieser and Wyonna Y. Grieser (Davis); his aunts, Vivian and Perscilla; and his uncle Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Kay Fetterman; his daughters, Billie Jo Prothero (Doug) of Wauseon and Kathleen "Katie" Grieser (Austin) of Wauseon; and his grandchildren, Adessa and Trinity Futch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
