He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Leah Frank (Strole); his brother Donald Frank (Ila); his brothers-in-law, Larry Lammon and Gilbert Dunning, Jr.; and his cousin Mary Shenfeld (Strole).
He is survived by: his children, Amy Kreiner (Kevin) of Wauseon and Quinn Frank (Laurel) of Wauseon; his grandchildren, Tori Fricke (Winston), Timberly Aeschliman (Jason), Halle Frank and Bella Frank; his great grandchildren, Joanna, Jed and Myles; his sisters, Linda Lammon and Denise Dunning; his girlfriend Peggy Lauber; and his close friend Jeanne Guilford.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wauseon Athletic Department.
