He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Chapa of Wauseon, Juan Chapa (Robin) of Liberty Center, Rafael Chapa, Jr. of Adrian, Gilbert Chapa of Virginia, Silvia Estel of Illinois, Hector Chapa (AnnMarie) of Connecticut, Elsa Chapa of Kentucky, Eddie Chapa of Wauseon and Michael Chapa of Ohio.
