She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Donald Hammontree and Verena Hammontree (Hetzel); her husband Lloyd Geringer; her siblings-in-law, Mary Hammontree (Stutzman), Lowell Geringer, Alice Geringer (Clingaman), Clarice George (Geringer), Kathryn Byers (Geringer) and Jane Abbs (Geringer); her niece Marsha Watts (Geringer); and her nephews, Bill Hammontree and Scott Abbs.
She is survived by: her brother William Dallas Hammontree of Wauseon. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
