He was predeceased by: his sister Irene T. Suarez; and his grandparents, Albert and Jane Harrison. He is survived by: his parents, Pablo Perez, Sr. (Carlota) of Archbold and Sue Gomez (Harrison) of Wauseon; and his siblings, Pablo Perez, III (Cynthia), Virginia Martinez (John), Teresa Armas (Pedro), Felicia Perez, Tony Perez, Ben Perez, Sarah Torres (Joe), Rebecca Perez, Fernando Perez (Frances), Sheila Valderrama (Marcos), Michael Perez (Keeley), Mario Perez, Carlos Gomez and Alicia Perez.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
