With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vickie E. Lockwood of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Loar and Hazel Henson Loar; the father of her children William Bloomer; and her former husband James Lockwood. She is survived by: her husband William Allen Bloomer; her children, Chris, James and Valerie; and her siblings, Kevin Loar and Rita Loar. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
